Open the appointment in your [patient account](<https://clinicsjo.com/en/patient-login>) and check the available options. Cancellation or rescheduling may depend on clinic settings and appointment status. If an option is missing or does not work, contact the clinic directly.

Notify the clinic as early as possible and ask about its cancellation conditions or fees rather than relying on a general policy. There is no single rule for every clinic or type of visit.

After requesting a change, confirm the appointment status and its new date, time and branch. If follow-up is needed because symptoms are worsening, discuss whether postponement is appropriate with your clinician rather than simply cancelling.
