ClinicsJo uses secure connections and access controls to reduce unauthorized access to information. Available data depends on the account, role, permissions and the user’s relationship with the clinic. Medical records are not displayed in the public doctor directory.

The [privacy policy](<https://clinicsjo.com/en/privacy-policy>) explains what information is collected, how it is used and shared, and how to request access, correction or deletion. Being able to submit a deletion request does not mean every medical record can be erased immediately without checking retention requirements.
