زراعة أطقم الأسنان الكاملة إجراء يُعيد أسنان الفكّ كلّها بالاعتماد على غرسات تيتانيوم تُثبَّت في عظم الفك، ويُركَّب عليها طقم كامل: إمّا طقم قابل للفكّ يثبت على الغرسات بمشابك أو كور، أو جسر ثابت لا يُزيله إلا الطبيب. الفرق الجوهري عن الطقم التقليدي أن الحمل ينتقل إلى العظم بدل اللثة، فيزول انزلاق الطقم وتتحسّن قدرة العضّ ووضوح الكلام، ويقلّ الألم الناتج عن ضغط الطقم على اللثة.

يبدأ العمل بتقييم شامل: أشعة ثلاثية الأبعاد لقياس حجم العظم وكثافته ومواقع الأعصاب والجيوب الفكّية، وفحص اللثة وما بقي من أسنان، ثم تخطيط رقمي لعدد الغرسات ومواقعها وتوزيع القوى. بعض المرضى يحتاجون تحضيراً قبل الجراحة مثل خلع أسنان غير قابلة للإنقاذ، أو معالجة التهاب اللثة، أو ترقيع عظم أو رفع جيب فكّي عند نقص العظم. وبعض الحالات تسمح بتحميل مبكر بطقم مؤقت قريباً من موعد الجراحة، وحالات أخرى تستلزم الانتظار حتى يلتحم العظم بالغرسة.

وللإجراء حدود يجب أن تكون واضحة قبل البدء. الغرسة لا تُعيد السنّ الطبيعي بجذره وأربطته وإحساسه، والطقم المثبَّت ليس حلّاً يُعفي صاحبه من التنظيف؛ فالتهاب ما حول الغرسة سببه الأول تراكم الجراثيم وإهمال العناية، وقد ينتهي بفقدان الغرسة. والزراعة تُبطئ امتصاص عظم الفك لكنها لا توقفه تماماً. وعبارة «أسنان في يوم واحد» تعني تركيب أسنان مؤقتة في يوم الجراحة لا الطقم النهائي. والتدخين والسكري غير المضبوط وسوء نظافة الفم وبعض أدوية هشاشة العظام وعلاج الرأس والرقبة الشعاعي كلّها ترفع خطر الفشل وقد تجعل الإجراء غير مناسب.

الترشيح، وعدد الغرسات، ونوع الطقم — ثابت أو قابل للفكّ — تُحدَّد بالفحص السريري والأشعة عند طبيب مختص، لا بتجربة شخص آخر ولا بمقال. وبعد تسليم الطقم يبقى المريض بحاجة إلى مراجعات دورية لضبط الإطباق وتنظيف احترافي وتغيير الأجزاء البلاستيكية المتآكلة مع الزمن.
An implant-supported complete denture restores an entire jaw of teeth using titanium implants anchored in the jawbone, onto which a full denture is attached: either a removable overdenture that clips onto the implants through attachments or locators, or a fixed full-arch bridge that only the dentist can remove. The essential difference from a conventional denture is that chewing forces are carried by bone rather than gum tissue, so the denture stops sliding, biting power and speech clarity improve, and the soreness caused by a plate pressing on the gums is reduced.

Treatment starts with a full assessment: three-dimensional imaging to measure bone volume and density and to map nerves and maxillary sinuses, an examination of the gums and any remaining teeth, then digital planning of how many implants are needed, where they sit, and how load will be distributed. Some patients need preparation first, such as removing unsalvageable teeth, treating gum disease, or bone grafting and sinus lifting where bone is deficient. In selected cases a temporary denture can be loaded early, close to the surgery date, while other cases require waiting for the implants to integrate with bone.

The procedure has limits that should be clear from the outset. An implant does not recreate a natural tooth with its root, ligament and sensation, and a fixed denture is not a solution that excuses its owner from cleaning: peri-implant inflammation is driven above all by plaque and neglected hygiene, and it can end in loss of the implant. Implants slow jawbone resorption but do not stop it completely, and the phrase teeth in one day refers to a temporary restoration on the day of surgery, not the final denture. Smoking, uncontrolled diabetes, poor oral hygiene, certain bone-density medicines and previous head and neck radiotherapy all raise the risk of failure and may make the procedure unsuitable.

Candidacy, the number of implants, and whether the denture is fixed or removable are decided by clinical examination and imaging with a qualified dentist, not by another person's experience or an article. After delivery, regular reviews remain necessary to adjust the bite, provide professional cleaning, and replace plastic attachment parts as they wear.

زراعة الأسنان الفورية إجراء يُوضع فيه غرسة السن (زرعة من التيتانيوم) في عظم الفك في الجلسة نفسها التي يُخلع فيها السن التالف، بدل انتظار شهور حتى يشفى مكان الخلع. الفكرة أن تجويف الخلع الطازج يُستثمر مباشرة، فيقلّ عدد الجلسات وتُحفظ حدود اللثة والعظم المحيط قبل أن يبدأ ضمورها الطبيعي بعد فقد السن.

بعد وضع الغرسة تحتاج فترة التحام مع العظم (osseointegration) تمتد عادة من ثلاثة إلى ستة أشهر قبل تركيب التاج النهائي، وقد يُركَّب تاج مؤقت في الأثناء للناحية الجمالية. أي تدخين نشط أو سكري غير منضبط يرفع احتمال فشل الالتحام، ومناقشة ذلك مع الطبيب قبل القرار جزء أساسي من التخطيط. الترشيح النهائي يُحدَّد بالفحص السريري والصور، لا بالمعلومات العامة.
