How the week will run
Sessions will be distributed among schools according to a schedule coordinated with their administrations, taking student ages and school hours into account. The activity focuses on education using teaching materials. Any individual examination or treatment service requires separate arrangements and a clear announcement before delivery.

Dentists registered with ClinicsJo can view the activity in the volunteering section of their dashboard and express interest in participating. Volunteer hours and points are recorded after the platform team verifies actual attendance and the approved contribution.
Student privacy
Activity documentation will respect children's privacy. Their faces and personal information will not be published in activity materials.
