ClinicsJo (كلينكس جو) is a Jordan-based medical directory. We connect patients with doctors and clinics across Jordan and provide clinic-management software for healthcare providers. We are NOT a healthcare provider ourselves; we publish information about doctors and clinics so patients can make informed choices.
What the verified badge means
Doctors marked with the green verified badge have submitted their identity, professional licence, and registration with the Jordan Medical Association (or equivalent body). Our team reviews these documents before granting the badge. Verification confirms identity and professional registration — it is NOT a guarantee of treatment outcomes, bedside manner, or specific case suitability.
Editorial standards
Doctor and clinic profiles contain information supplied by providers. Articles and answers may be attributed to a named author or the ClinicsJo editorial team. Check the byline, references and content dates on the individual page. Editorial publication or an updated date does not establish independent medical review. A medical review should identify the actual reviewer and review date; it must not be inferred from platform branding. Educational information is not a diagnosis or a personal treatment plan.
How we handle patient reviews
Reviews are submitted by patients who have used the doctor or clinic. We allow doctors and clinics to respond publicly. We remove reviews that are abusive, off-topic, contain personal medical details about other patients, or appear to be fake. We do NOT remove negative reviews simply because the doctor or clinic dislikes them. We reserve the right to require email verification on reviewers if abuse is suspected.

Contact and corrections
To report an error in a profile, article or answer, use the contact page and include the page URL, the passage concerned and a supporting source if available. Separate a factual correction from a request for personal medical advice. Providers can update their own profiles through the dashboard. A correction request does not by itself confirm an error or a clinical review.
What we do NOT promise
- Specific health outcomes for any treatment.
- Top ranking on Google Search or Google Maps for any doctor or clinic.
- That every patient review will be displayed by Google as a rich snippet — Google decides this.
- That the doctor will accept every appointment request.
