ClinicsJo operates under the Personal Data Protection Law of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan (Law No. 24 of 2023, “PDPL”). We process your personal data — including sensitive health-related data — based on your explicit consent given at registration, and only for the purposes stated in this policy. You retain the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your data, and to withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior processing. We do not transfer your data outside Jordan without satisfying the safeguards required by the PDPL. 9. Cookies & Consent Logs

When you visit ClinicsJo, a cookie-consent dialog records your choice (accept / reject). We store an audit log entry (timestamp, IP hash, policy version) to demonstrate compliance — never the raw IP itself. Rejecting cookies disables analytics and personalization but does not disable strictly-necessary functional cookies (authentication, session, language preference).
