ClinicsJo is an informational platform that facilitates communication between patients and doctors. The platform does not provide medical consultations and bears no responsibility for any medical decisions made by users based on the available information. The medical relationship is directly between the patient and the doctor.

5. Appointment Booking

• Booking an appointment through the platform is an initial request subject to confirmation by the doctor or clinic.
• The user must commit to the booked appointment or cancel it in advance.
• The platform is not responsible for cancellations or delays of appointments by doctors or clinics.

6. Ratings and Reviews

Users can provide ratings and reviews for doctors and clinics. Reviews must be honest and objective. The platform reserves the right to delete any abusive or violating review that does not comply with the platform's policy.

All platform content, including texts, designs, logos, and images, is protected by intellectual property laws. No content may be copied, distributed, or modified without written permission from ClinicsJo management.

8. Modification of Terms
