Registration Policy

This policy governs the registration process on the ClinicsJo platform, whether you are a doctor, a clinic, or a patient. By completing the registration, you agree to comply fully with the terms outlined in this policy as well as our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. Your continued use of the platform after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

• The registrant must be at least 18 years old, or registration must be supervised by a guardian for minor patients.
• Doctors must hold a valid license from the Jordan Medical Association or the relevant authority for their specialty.
• Clinics must be licensed by the Jordanian Ministry of Health and operate within the limits of their license.
• All information and documents submitted must be accurate, up-to-date, and verifiable.
• The registrant must have no professional or legal violations preventing the practice of the profession.

For doctors:

• Full legal name as shown on official documents.
• Primary specialty and any sub-specialties.
• Professional license number and issuing authority.
• Contact details (phone, WhatsApp, email).
• Clinic or medical center address and governorate.

For clinics and medical centers:

• Trade name and commercial registration or professions license number.
• Accurate address and an official contact number.
• List of certified doctors working at the facility.

For patients:

• Full name.
• Active phone number for communication.
• Valid email address (optional in some cases).

• Keep the password confidential and do not share it with anyone.
• Take full responsibility for any activity carried out through the account.
• Notify us immediately of any suspected unauthorized use of the account.
• Update personal and professional information whenever it changes.
• Do not impersonate any doctor, clinic, or other entity.

Users are prohibited from using the platform in any of the following ways:

• Providing false, misleading, or impersonating information.
• Creating multiple accounts for the same doctor or clinic without administrative approval.
• Using the platform for commercial or promotional purposes unrelated to healthcare.
• Attempting to hack or harm the platform systems or other users’ accounts.
• Publishing content that violates Jordanian laws or medical professional ethics.

The ClinicsJo management reserves the right to suspend or delete any account in the following cases:

• Violation of this policy, the terms of use, or the privacy policy.
• Submission of incorrect data or forged documents.
• Receipt of documented complaints from patients or regulatory authorities.
• Long periods of inactivity (for unactivated accounts).

Users may request account deletion at any time by contacting our support team.

We are committed to protecting your personal and medical data as outlined in our Privacy Policy. Your information will not be shared with any third party except as required by law or with your explicit consent.
