  • أو نقص إنزيم G6PD (أنيميا الفول) الشديد. للرضّع دون 3 أشهر لا يُعطى إلا بتوجيه من طبيب الأطفال.

Warnings

  • القاعدة الذهبية: الجرعة حسب الوزن (10–15 ملغ لكل كغ للجرعة الواحدة
  • بفاصل 4–6 ساعات
