- يُمنع استخدام أدول عند وجود حساسية معروفة للباراسيتامول
- ويُستخدم بحذر وباستشارة الطبيب لدى الأطفال المصابين بأمراض كبد أو كلى
- أو سوء تغذية شديد
- أو نقص إنزيم G6PD (أنيميا الفول) الشديد. للرضّع دون 3 أشهر لا يُعطى إلا بتوجيه من طبيب الأطفال.

Warnings
- القاعدة الذهبية: الجرعة حسب الوزن (10–15 ملغ لكل كغ للجرعة الواحدة
- بفاصل 4–6 ساعات
