- الخطر الأول: ACEI/ARB + مكملات بوتاسيوم + بدائل ملح بوتاسيومية = فرط بوتاسيوم قد يكون قاتلاً — الجمع بضبط ومختبر. مضادات الالتهاب تضعفه وتجهد الكلى. يرفع الديجوكسين (ومختبرياً يشوش قياسه). الليثيوم يرتفع.
