- حساسية سابقة له. الثلث الأول من الحمل تحفظاً (بياناته اللاحقة مطمئنة نسبياً بموافقة الطبيب). قرحة هضمية نشطة بحذر (قد يهيج). الأطفال دون سنتين: بقرار طبيب فقط.
