حساسية السيفالوسبورينات، حديثي الولادة مع مستحضرات تحوي الكالسيوم

يُعطى عضلياً (IM) أو وريدياً (IV)

تجنّب مع محاليل الكالسيوم بنفس الوريد عند الأطفال
