التهابات الجهاز البولي المعقدة، البروستات، الإسهال البكتيري، التهابات العظام، التهابات تنفسية مختارة
Side Effects
غثيان، إسهال، صداع، دوخة، تمزق وتر أخيل (نادر)، تطاول QT
Contraindications
الأطفال (نسبياً)، الحمل، الرضاعة، تاريخ تمزق وتر مع الكينولونات
Warnings
تجنب التعرض المفرط للشمس، حذر في كبار السن لخطر تمزق الأوتار
Drug Interactions
يقل امتصاصه مع الكالسيوم والحديد والمنغنيز، يزيد نشاط الوارفارين والثيوفيلين
