Ciprobay (ciprofloxacin) is a potent fluoroquinolone, first-line for complicated UTIs, pyelonephritis and prostatitis in Jordan (prescription-only). Stop immediately and seek review for any tendon pain (Achilles) — a rare but serious class effect. Separate from dairy/antacids/iron by 2+ hours.
