Contraindications
- يُمنع استخدام نورجيسيك في الحالات التالية: الحساسية المعروفة للأورفينادرين أو الباراسيتامول
- الجلوكوما (ارتفاع ضغط العين) خصوصاً ضيقة الزاوية
- تضخم البروستاتا مع احتباس بولي
- انسداد أو تضيّق في الجهاز الهضمي
- الوهن العضلي الوبيل (Myasthenia Gravis)
- والقصور الكبدي الشديد (بسبب الباراسيتامول). لا يُعطى للأطفال دون استشارة الطبيب
- ويُستخدم بحذر شديد لدى كبار السن. خلال الحمل والرضاعة لا يُستخدم إلا إذا قرر الطبيب أن فائدته تفوق مخاطره (تصنيف الحمل C).

Warnings

- ومرضى الكبد والكلى. إذا كان ألم الظهر مصحوباً بخدر في الساقين
