Contraindications
- يُمنع مع حساسية سابقة للأزيثرومايسين أو الماكروليدات (كلاريثروميسين
- إريثروميسين)
- ومع تاريخ يرقان/خلل كبدي سببه هذا الدواء سابقاً. يُستخدم بحذر لدى: مرضى إطالة QT الخلقية أو نقص بوتاسيوم/مغنيسيوم غير مصحح
- بطء قلب مهم
- وقصور كبدي ملحوظ.
