How should I interpret patient reviews on ClinicsJo?

ClinicsJo Editorial Teamاقرأ بالعربية3 views

Patient reviews can help describe communication, organization and the visit experience. They remain personal accounts and do not independently establish clinical competence or guarantee treatment outcomes.

New reviews are held for approval before display. A visitor may submit a review without signing in. Linking a review to an appointment requires verification that the completed appointment belongs to the signed-in patient. It is therefore inaccurate to treat every published review as proof of a verified visit.

Consider the detail, dates and number of comments rather than stars alone, and compare them with qualifications and services in the doctor directory. If you find incorrect information or abusive content, use the contact page and provide the page link.
