Are Botox results permanent, and how long do they last?
Cosmetic Botox effects are temporary, often lasting around three to four months, depending on product, area, dose and response. Repeated treatment does not guarantee permanent wrinkle removal. Repeat injections should follow assessment of the result and an appropriate interval.

When does the effect appear?
The response develops over the following days, so do not judge it immediately after treatment. Targeted muscle contraction decreases, but established static lines or facial volume loss may respond differently.
Why does duration vary?
The muscles treated, chosen plan and individual response matter. Units of different products should not be treated as interchangeable. Duration alone does not establish treatment quality or justify a higher dose.
Must treatment continue indefinitely?
Repeating treatment is optional and should reflect goals, benefit and adverse effects. Ask for review of a drooping eyelid or troublesome asymmetry rather than attempting home correction. A qualified practitioner and a reliable product remain important at every visit.
