Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between BMR and TDEE?
BMR is the calories your body burns at complete rest; TDEE is your total daily need after multiplying BMR by an activity factor (movement, exercise, work).
How many calories to lose weight?
A moderate daily deficit (about 300–500 calories below TDEE) usually leads to healthy gradual loss. Do not go below safe limits without supervision.
Is the result accurate?
It is a good estimate but does not account for every individual difference (hormones, body composition). Use it as a starting point and adjust with a nutritionist.
