- يُمنع على: جلد مجروح أو متقرح أو مصاب بإكزيما نشطة مكان الألم
- ومن لديهم حساسية للديكلوفيناك أو الأسبرين التنفسية. يُتجنب بالثلث الأخير من الحمل كسائر العائلة. لا يوضع تحت ضماد كاتم محكم إلا بتوجيه.

Warnings
- اغسل يديك بعد التطبيق (إلا إن كانتا موضع العلاج)
- وتجنب العينين والفم. لا تعرّض الموضع لشمس مباشرة قوية. المقدار: ما يعادل حبة الكرز للمفصل الصغير وحبة الجوز للركبة
